Hello lovely parent(s) to be, Congratulations! And thank you for your interest in a Bodhi Mama Course. It would be an honour and a privilege for me to go on this very special journey with you. The details: 👉Me, you + a birth partner and bump, plus up to three other couples. (btw, two spaces for couples have gone already and only two remain) 👉Meet your future besties who will be your support network through the rest of your pregnancy and into parenthood. (Me and my antenatal course pals are onto our second babies now, so many birthday parties! lol!) 👉Over two Sundays: Sunday 22nd October and Sunday 12th November, 10.30am-4.00pm both days. 👉Location: Ovingham Reading Rooms, beautifully located on the banks of the River Tyne. 👉Refreshments and your favourite snacks are included but please bring along a packed lunch. --- 🤰Experience a full and detailed antenatal course to prepare you for a positive birth experience, and early parenthood. Gentle and guided by you and your needs. 🧘‍♀️Taught through the lens of Hypnobirthing for a calm, relaxed and positive birth experience. 💪Create a Birth Preferences Plan to share with caregivers. 😙Receive ongoing support from me following the course, and stay in touch with other group attendees. ​🎁And a Goody Bag packed with treats and resources, incl. an electric oil diffuser... a relaxation game changer! Keep scrolling down to pay your £50 deposit per couple which guarantees your place, and then the remainder of the course fee is due before we begin (it says in person but I'll just give you my bank details).
