😙Hello sweet person gifting a Bodhi Mama positive birth experience to a loved one, *Is your pregnant person nervous or fearful of giving birth? *Is this their second or third birth but they want to do some things differently this time? *Do they need someone to talk to help them feel supported and cared for during their pregnancy and birth? *Do they need to feel empowered to say what they want from their birth experience to their caregivers? *Do they want to feel calm and relaxed throughout their pregnancy and birth? If yes to one or all, I can help! I can deliver a bespoke, private antenatal course, taught through the lens of Hypnobirthing, which features only the pregnant individual or a couple, baby bump and me. The support usually takes place in the comfort of their own home, or online (depending on their preference). I'm also very comfortable to be around pets, they love the hypnobirthing too based on experience! Basic Course Outline: Part 1 – The logic of Hypnobirthing/How it works. Part 2 - Learn the Techniques - breathing, visualisations, positive affirmations. Part 3 – What to expect Before Birth & making decisions, understanding choices. Part 4 - What to expect during Labour and Birth, and immediately after. Part 5 – How to manage the transition into the Postnatal Period. Incl.
